Due date to pay Advance tax is 15th March, 2017. You must pay 100% of tax liability for F.Y. 2016-2017 before this date to avoid any interest penalty.

Who needs to pay Advance Tax :

-A business owner, freelancer, professional....
-A salaried person who earns income by way of house rent, interest on bank FD, stock trading.
-Assessees opting for Presumptive taxation scheme need to pay 100% advance tax in single installment, on or before 15th March, 2017.
-Tax payers trading F&O and Stocks.
